Background: Born and raised in Terra, Caspar came to Earth to 
participate in the Possibility Wars to get revenge on Dr. Mobius. 
Caspar's wife was killed when Dr. Mobius was beta testing a 
powerful death ray near their home town. At the end of the 
Possibility Wars, he risked his life to kill Mobius and nearly 
died. Mobius was believed dead, but has now returned and 
currently has captured Caspar and put him in the new 
Superomegatron.

Quote: "It looks like Mobius' men are crawling all over this 
place. But what are a few shocktroopers among friends?"

Notes: Caspar's main ability is his skill in the use of his cane. 
The cane is tempered metal, with a trigger-activated blade which 
pops out the end and a similar blade underneath the handgrip
which is voice activated. The voice trigger is "Click!" The tech
level of the cane is 27, with an adventure cost of 1. The blades do dagger damage plus 2.
