Background: Luala was born into royalty, and has sat upon the 
throne of Sheba since she was 8. She is well-loved leader, 
partially because she is not afraid to go on adventures herself. 
In fact, she considers her adventuresome spirit and self-reliance 
one of her strongest points.

lowly shocktrooper like yourself stands no chance against me!"

Notes: The Kingdom of Sheba is located in what is Ethiopia and 
Eritrea in Core Earth. The Terran Horn of Africa, though, is far 
from dusty and poor: Sheba is one of the most rich, powerful 
empires in Terra and occupies a mountainous land of lush rain 
forests and crystal clear oceans. Sheba stands alone a thorn in 
the side of Mobius' otherwise powerful empire -- the only place 
left in Africa which is truly free of Mobius.
